The Gracious Woman is a Wise woman, unique in her way of viewing and approaching life,
having keen insight into life, and understanding the ways of dealing with the problems of life.
The Gracious Woman represents a way of thinking and conduct that is orderly, socially sensitive, and morally upright.
She has a pure code of moral conduct, and understands that
the keeping of the law produces wisdom, and wisdom is found in the keeping of the law.
The Gracious Woman does what is right because it is right, for her wisdom is based on the knowledge and understanding
she has gleaned through life, and on her ability to discern the still small voice within her innermost being.
She uses wise, sound judgment - having the ability to make the right decisions in any given circumstances - choosing wisdom over those inclinations and desires of the heart that might otherwise prompt her to make undesirable choices.
The Gracious Woman understands that wisdom is the principal thing, therefore she chooses the wisdom of right doing.
"Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom, and with all thy getting, get understanding". (Proverbs 4:7)
Wisdom companions with integrity, discernment, knowledge, understanding, and intuitive thinking.
Wisdom embraces instruction & teaching, and is guided by prudence.
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom". (Proverbs 9:10)
The Gracious, Virtuous Woman Who Can Find
For Her Worth Is Far Above The Value Of All The Gold & Silver
& Precious Stones In All The Earth
What makes the virtuous woman more valuable than the most costly jewels? Jesus said of Mary Magdalene, "She has chosen that good portion which shall not be taken from her; Many daughters have done nobly but she excels them all". . . These words say a great deal about the private life of this special woman.
Mariam led a nation's women in praise to God; Deborah was a patriotic military advisor. Huldah revealed God's secret message to national leaders. Ruth was strong and consistent. Hannah became the ideal mother. The Shunamite Woman showed compassion and hospitality. And Queen Esther risked sacrificing her life for her people. The virtuous woman has done more than all of these. All seven of the above virtues are woven into her life like brilliantly colored threads entwined with gold in a tapestry of indigo blue.
The virtuous woman "excels them all" for her practical and spiritual devotion to God permeates every relationship and area of her life. Her reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord, the "beginning and principal part of wisdom is responsible for a life which is valued by God and her husband as far above rubies or pearls."
Proverbs 18:22 tells us: Whoever finds a true and loyal wife finds a good thing, and the Lord is pleased, and will give His confirmation and support.
Ladies, hear this: If a man isn't following God, he isn't fit to lead..
If he doesn't have a relationship with God, he won't know how to have a relationship with you..
If he doesn't know God, he doesn't know real love...
